Terms and conditions

These terms apply to rou7e.com, operated by Quantum Mesh Ventures (QMV). By using the platform you agree to them.

1. WHO WE ARE
Quantum Mesh Ventures (QMV).

2. THE SERVICE
rou7e is a storefront platform. You get your own branded site, list your own products, and take payment on your own merchant account. We never hold your money.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and your shop stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month that has begun.

4. ONE-OFF BUILDS
One-off automation builds are quoted before any work starts. Once building has begun the fee is not refundable, because the work is specific to your systems and cannot be resold. If we cannot deliver what we quoted, you get your money back in full.

5. IF WE HAVE CHARGED YOU IN ERROR
If we have charged you in error, tell us and we will put it right.

6. LAW
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of the Republic of South Africa have jurisdiction.

7. HOW THE PLATFORM FEE IS PAID
The platform fee is paid by manual EFT, not by card. Checkout shows a reference that starts with R7- and that same reference is used for every later payment. A self-serve shop goes live after you confirm your email, and the first 7 days are a trial with full access. When the trial ends, editing pauses until the transfer is matched, and an unpaid shop is taken down. Visitors then see that the shop is paused. The shop and its admin do not show a payment notice. The reference and the payment status stay on the pay page and on your account. Your products and orders are kept. If you tell us you have paid, the shop stays up while we check. Marking the transfer paid, or an admin turning the shop back on, opens the shop again. How many days after the trial the shop stays up defaults to 0 and can be set with EFT_UNPUBLISH_AFTER_DAYS.
