This policy covers rou7e.com itself. Every shop built on rou7e is run by its own owner, who is responsible for the personal information their own customers give them.

What we collect. Your email address, and the name and phone number you choose to give us. If you buy from us we keep a record of what you bought, when, and the reference our payment provider returned. We never see or store card numbers - those go straight to the payment provider.

Why we collect it. To sign you in, to fulfil what you bought, to answer you when something goes wrong, and to keep the accounting records the law requires.

Marketing. We only send marketing if you have asked for it, and we record when you asked. You can withdraw that at any time from your account page.

How long we keep it. Account and order records are kept while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Sign-in codes are short-lived and are stored hashed, never in readable form.

Who we share it with. Only what a payment provider needs in order to take a payment, and only with the provider you or your shop chose. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. Write to the address on our About page.

Cookies. We set one cookie, to keep you signed in. There is no advertising and no tracking on this site.
