Refunds

Offered by Quantum Mesh Ventures (QMV).

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and your shop stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month that has begun.

One-off automation builds are quoted before any work starts. Once building has begun the fee is not refundable, because the work is specific to your systems and cannot be resold. If we cannot deliver what we quoted, you get your money back in full.

If we have charged you in error, tell us and we will put it right.

The platform fee is paid by manual EFT. The reference starts with R7- and stays the same for every payment on that account. A self-serve shop goes live after the email is confirmed, and the first 7 days are a trial. When the trial ends, editing pauses and an unpaid shop is taken down. Visitors see that the shop is paused. The shop does not show a payment notice. Payment status stays on the pay page and on your account. Your records are kept. If you say you have paid, the shop stays up while that is checked. Marking the transfer paid, or an admin turning the shop back on, opens it again.
