Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and your shop stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month that has begun.

One-off automation builds are quoted before any work starts. Once building has begun the fee is not refundable, because the work is specific to your systems and cannot be resold. If we cannot deliver what we quoted, you get your money back in full.

If we have charged you in error, tell us and we will put it right.
